A Bit About Us
An honest Irish pub on the Mornington Peninsula — built around good food, live music, and the sort of welcome that makes a room feel like home.
The Dubliner started with a simple idea: bring a genuine corner of Ireland to the Peninsula. Not the theme-park version — no plastic shamrocks or novelty leprechauns — but the real thing. Warm timber, a fire in the grate, trad music drifting over the bar, and a pint poured with the patience it deserves.
It's the kind of place where the locals have their stool, the visitors are made to feel like locals, and nobody's in a rush to leave. That's what an Irish pub is meant to be.

Our kitchen keeps it honest — Beef & Guinness pies braised low and slow, fresh fish and chips, a proper Full Irish. Comfort food done right, the way you'd want it after a long week or a long walk on the coast.

Live trad, most nights of the week
Musicians pull up a chair and play — no stage, no setlist, just tunes the way they're meant to be heard. From Wednesday's session through to a gentle Sunday afternoon, there's nearly always music in the room.
